I have been given a 17% warning some of it is acceptable but some most certainly is not!!!!!!!!


1. Spelling : I am Autistick this is a mental disabilaty that means my memory is terible therfor i canot spell yet i have been warned for it IT IS ILEAGLE to punish someone for a disabilaty and having a rule against being disabled is DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

2. Hate mail: If you check you shall find i was retaliating against bully boy Owen who thinks its funny to take the mik out of the mentally unstable (BAD MOVE).

3. pointles topick: the mater of point is a matter of opinion and ther for is a contradictory rule with one hell of a loop hole if i want it ther it has a point therfor is not pointless (ther are many topics i think are pointless therfor acording to ure rule should be deleeted.

Have you TOLD them that you were mentally unstable? Cause if you had, then none of those rules would have gone into place. And sending somebody a hate mail? Bad move right there. Someone's picking on you just report 'em. I didn't understand the third thing at all, therefore, I cannot answer.

I like the spelling rule. Otherwise, I would be constantly reading posts like yours, which make my brain stems bleed. Open Microsoft Word and spellcheck if needed before posting.

Oh, and this is a forum. The owner makes the rules, therefore it is 'legal' as you would say.

Well, I agree that picking at spelling because you have a disability is bad. If you told the mods, I'm sure that they would understand it. I correct people that don't spell correctly when they say "I dont care if i type bad I just ype quckly", not when they have problems or have a hard time speaking English, when it isn't their native language.

Pointless topic-rule isn't going to be eliminated; if they didn't delete/close these topics, the entire board would be spammed like hell. Yes, it's a matter of opinion, but the topic, a place open for discussion on a certain subject, needs to have a certain direction to go to. For example, a topic like "Which Version of Sonic X Do You Like the Most?"; this kind of topic has a direction to go in. But a topic like "LETZ TAHK ABOU emrl!!!!1!" has no direction to go to, therefore it is considered pointless.

For hate mail, just simply report it. If somebody is harrassing you, contact the mods; they'll handle the person who's sending you them.

Actually, I don't think you can sue a website hosted and maintained in American when you're in England.

And if you felt I was harassing you, then you should've reported me to a moderator instead of sending not-nice PMs. Common sense should've interveened anyway, since it's awfully silly to take so seriously the comments of random anonymous forumers.

Speaking of random anonymous forumers, you are one yourself, so if you feel you're entitled to special treatment, think again. You might recieve some special treatment anyway on account of common curtesy, but you'd still have to go to the trouble of actually pointing it out beforehand.

I'm not entirely shameless though. So I'll say it; I'm terribly sorry that I responded with sarcasm to your arrogant claims. I'm sorry you overreacted and took my teasing personally. I'm sorry I reported a topic that was against the board rules. And I'm very sorry that I commented on your spelling after you accused me of being an idiot. Finally, I'm sorry these apologies don't sound very sincere, but at least they're honest about the circumstances.

1. Well why didn't you PM me or one of the other mods and tell us? If you don't tell us, then we'll assume you need to learn how to spell.

2. Well that's your fault. Retaliating isn't the way to go. If you have a problem with a member either talk it out with them or PM me or one of the other mods about it.

3. The pointless topic rule will stay.

And with an attitude like that, your warn will not go down. Oh, and I highly doubt you'll sue us. It's just some empty threat by you. Oh and if you didn't notice, when you registered here, you're agreeing that you have read and understood the rules and that the staff can take action against you if you fail to follow them.

Autism is a mental disorder that reduces one's ability to communicate with other people. While it does have it's disadvantages, it can sometimes have strong benefits on a person (and I know what I'm talking about...).

First, this is something you should do privately with an admin or mod, not public. You're only hurting yourself in the end.

1. I'm sorry to hear about your disability, but that's how the internet is at times so relax. Nobody should deserve special treatment but everyone treated the same. You are a member just like everyone else.

2. Owen isn't the type to write hate mail, he is more the type that speaks from his mind. He certainly doesn't bash so if you have a problem with him you keep that between you and him, not public.

3. That rule will not change as already mentioned before. It keeps the forum clean from spam. You'll realize it more over time why they aren't allowed since they clog up the forum at times.

Maybe if you were being a bit nicer about your warnings they would be removed, demanding something to get done will get you nowhere. If I were you, I would have a change of heart and relax. Overusing caps lock and the smileys aren't helping your cause either, I suggest you don't do that again
